IR. DR. ONG PENG SU, Malaysian, aged 52, is the Executive Director of the Company, heading the Group's power division, since 2001. Prior to his appointment as Executive Director on 1 March 2001, he had served on the Board of Powertek since 2 September 1993. He has more than 25 years experience in the power business.

Ir. Dr. Ong graduated with a first class honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland in 1976. He went on to pursue his Doctor of Philosophy majoring in Power System, and was awarded his Ph.D. in 1982. Ir. Dr. Ong is a Registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and a member of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia.

Between 1974 and 1990, he has held various technical and senior management positions in Lembaga Letrik Negara (now known as Tenaga Nasional Berhad) before joining Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tanjong public limited company ("Tanjong") as Technical Manager in September 1990 to oversee the computer and technical operations. In 1995, he joined the Usaha Tegas Sdn. Bhd. ("UTSB") group as Head of Corporate Planning & Investment. He also holds directorships in certain subsidiary companies of Tanjong and UTSB.

Hajime Satomi was born in Japan in 1942 and founded Sammy Corporation in 1975 as an entertainment equipment manufacturer. Sammy experienced significant growth when it began manufacturing machines for the pachislot and pachinko industry (one of Japan's most popular forms of entertainment) and was successfully listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in March 2001. Sammy Corporation is now the leading manufacturer of pachislot and pachinko machines.

SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC was established in October 2004 as a holding company with its main businesses being those of Sammy Corporation and SEGA CORPORATION, a world-renowned producer of arcade and software games. Mr. Masahiro Miki, the Chairman and CEO of ABC-MART,INC., started his career at Square 2 Japan, 1979. His innovative approach to Japan's business world led him to establish a fashion apparel and shoes import company International Trading Corporation, currently known as ABC-MART,INC., at 1985.

Mr. Miki's solid business strategies concluded ABC-MART,INC. to the exclusive trademark license contract with a major European brand at 1995. His aggressive approach to the industry continues after the millennium. He became Presidents of SG Shoes Company, Ltd. at 2002 and WIN International Co., Ltd. at 2003 to expand the company's opportunities. At spring of 2004 ABC-MART,INC. merged and acquired successfully SG Shoes and WIN International. Mr. Miki's unique leadership outstand today's Japanese retail business community. Now ABC-MART,INC. has grown its brand well known in the nation wide. This year ABC-MART,INC. had launched its own original design line targeting Japanese young women. ABC-MART,INC. had listed its shares on the first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange since 2002. His challenge never stops.

Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Francis Yeoh Sock Ping was born on 23rd August 1954. He obtained his secondary education at the Victoria Institution in Kuala Lumpur, where he was the Head Boy. He then obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Degree in Civil Engineering from Kingston University, United Kingdom in 1978.

Tan Sri (Dr) Francis became the Managing Director of YTL Corporation Bhd Group in 1988. Under his stewardship, YTL Group has grown from a single listed entity in 1985 to a force comprising five listed companies. The combined market capitalization of these listed companies is about US$5 billion.

The YTL Group's core businesses are ownership and management of regulated utilities and other infrastructural assets in three continents. Today YTL has a staff force of over 6000 managing ten million customers worldwide.

With Tan Sri (Dr) Francis at the helm, YTL Corp is committed to produce world-class products and services at very competitive prices. The Group has achieved many significant firsts and has won many local and international excellence awards.

He currently serves as a Member of the Malaysian Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC), and Commonwealth Partnership for Technology Management (CPTM), The Capital Markets Advisory Council, The Nature Conservancy Asia Pacific Council and the Asia Business Council. Tan Sri is also the Trustee of the Asia Society. He is also a Board Member of SEI for Advanced Studies in Management - Wharton School and the Council Member for INSEAD and Member of the Asia Regional Advisory Board of London Business School.

He was the Past President of the Kuala Lumpur Symphony Orchestra Society (KLSO), and the Founder President of the famous Eastern and Orient Express train.

On January 16 2003, he won the First Malaysian Ernst & Young Master Entrepreneur of the Year 2002 Award Recipient.

On February 13 2004, he was conferred the degree of Honorary Doctorate of Engineering from Kingston University, United Kingdom.

Tan Sri (Dr) Francis holds fellowships in many of the Chartered Institutions in the UK and is also the recipient of many major awards conferred by the Government of Malaysia.

He was awarded the BusinessWeek's "25 Stars of Asia 2003" on November 6 2003 in Hong Kong. Tan Sri (Dr) Francis Yeoh was ranked 21 by Fortune Magazine Asia's 25 Most Powerful Business Personalities on August 9 2004.

He was appointed as member of Barclays Asia-Pacific Advisory Committee in January 1st 2005.

He downplays his achievements, giving credit to God, as he once said, "It is sometimes tempting to believe that I deserve some of these awards but the truth is, God writes the script and is the author of my faith and my life and I'm just a humble wiggly willing little pencil in His hand."

Tan Sri (Dr) Francis married Puan Sri Rosaline in 1982 and they have five children. He lists reading, golf, skiing and flying helicopters as his hobbies.
