Mr Prasert Bunsumpun President PTT Public Company Limited

Prasert Bunsumpun is the President of PTT, Thailand's only fully integrated gas company that has a leading position in the marketing and trading of various crude oil, refined petroleum products.

Prior to joining PTT in 2003, Prasert was the President for Oil and Gas business groups in Petroleum Authority of Thailand. He currently sits on the board of several PTT-related companies such as PTTEP, Thai Olefins, Aromatics, National Petrochemical and Thai Oil.

Prasert holds an MBA from Utah State University, U.S.A. and other qualifications such as Certificate in Advanced Management Program from Havard Business School, The Joint State-Private Sector Regular Course from The National Defense College, Politics and Governance in Development System for Executive Course from King Prajadhipoks Institutes and Certificate in Director Accreditation Program from Thai Institute of Directors.

Mr Aditheb Bisalbutr President & CEO Thai Olefins Public Company Limited

Aditheb Bisalbutr is President & CEO of Thai Olefins Public Company Limited, Thailand 's major producer of olefins, as well as, of ethylene, propylene and petrochemical by-products in the country. Its nameplate olefins capacity has reached 575,000 tons per annum, and has saved Thailand as substantially as 10,000 million Baht a year for the import of such products. TOC is now striding firmly forward with a solid objective to become Thailand 's leading petrochemical firm at an international level in the near future.

Prior to joining Thai Olefins in 2003, Aditheb was the Executive Vice President of PTT Public Company Limited.

Aditheb's qualifications include Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Master of Electrical Engineering from University of Houston, U.S.A. and Certificate of Modern Marketing from Chulalongkorn University. He has also obtained a Certificate in Directors Certification Program from Thai Institute of Directors.

Mr Maruli Gultom President and CEO PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk

Maruli Gultom is an Indonesian citizen. He has served as the Company's President Director since May 2000 and as the Commissioner and Director in a number of subsidiaries of the Company since 1999. He served as the Vice President Director from 1999 to 2000. Joining the Astra Group in 1970. He has served as the Director in several of its subsidiaries of the Astra Group since 1988. From 1996 to May 1999, he was the Managing Director of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Indonesian Christian University.

PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk was founded in 1981 through PT pandu Dian Pertiwi, a company owned by the Soeryadjaya family, Mr T.P. Rachmat, Mr Benny Subianto, Mr Kiki Sutantyo and Mr Rahadi Santoso. The next ten years saw PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk growing, not only physically, but also economically. By the end of year 1997, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk listed its shares on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange successfully. Shares listed were of 125.8 million at the price of Rp. 1,550 per share. In July 1999, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk issued 251.6 million of bonus shares, thus bringing up the total to 1,509.6 million shares.

PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk also listed its first Bond issue with success in March 2000, on the Surabaya Stock Exchange totaling Rp. 500 Billion over a five year period.
