Tony Tirtadjaja Hambali
is an Indonesian citizen. He joined PT
Dynaplast in the year 1979, and held the
position of Managing Director till 1990.
Since then, he had been the President
Director of PT Dynaplast.
Other than his current position in PT
Dynaplast, Tony Tirtadjaja Hambali is also
holding key positions in other companies and
subsidiaries, such as Commissioner of PT
Ciptadana Sekuritas, President Commissioner
in PT Panca Graha Sentosa, Director of PT
Hambali Dinamika Corporation, PT Summitplast
Interbenua, and Berli Prospack Co. Ltd
(Bangkok, Thailand), Vice President Director
of PT Rexplast Corporation (Surabaya),
President Director of PT Sanpak Unggul and
Dynaplast packaging Vietnam. Tony Tirtadjaja
Hambali is also the Head of Department of
Governance and Public Listed Company
Performance Enhancement of Indonesian Public
Listed Companies Association.
Tony Tirtadjaja Hambali holds a Bachelor of
Engineering from University of New South
Wales, Sydney, Australia.

Setyono Djuandi Darono worked with ICI
with 20 Years and embarked on his career
as an entrepreneur in the property
business in 1982 by building and
developing the Bumi Bintaro Permai
housing estate. Inspired by his success
with the Bintaro project, in 1989 he
developed the Jababeka business district
by mobilizing prominent businessmen
active in the property sector.
KI Jababeka became the first real estate
company to be publicly listed in
Indonesia. Kawasan Industri Jababeka
through its subsidiaries is able to
offer an integrated solution which
includes a residential estate,
industrial estate, education center and
golf course. Jababeka developed
commercial building in Jakarta SCBD/Sudirman
Central Business Disctrict and the first
project was Menara Batavia. Jababeka
also developed 1000 hectares industrial
estate at Cilegon.
In 1994 aside from KI Jababeka under the
PT Banten West Java Tourism
Development Corporation, SD Darmono also
developed the Tanjung Lesung Resort in
South Banten. He established the South
Banten Community Development Foundation
to develop an 80-hectare tourism
village.
His motto in property development is

Manolo is the
President & CEO of PCI Leasing and
Finance, Inc. The company was incorporated
in 1981 as a wholly owned subsidiary of
PCIBank. It is the largest financing
company in the Philippines in terms of
income, capitalization, and branch
network.
Prior to joining PCI,
Manolo has worked with Philippine
Commercial & International Bank,
Insular Bank of Asia and America,
Filinvest Credit Corporation in the
Philippines and Hong Kong, Sycip Gorres
Velayo & Co, SGV Ahn Kwon & Co in
Korea and Institute of Accountants in
Indonesia. He is also the Chairman of the
Board with BA Adjusters & Marine
Surveyor, Consultant with American
Assurance Agency and letures on Audits,
Computer Audits, Leasing and Financing at
the Central Bank of the Philippines,
schools and professional organizations.
Manolo has a Masters
in Management from Asian Institute of
Management, Bachelor in Science in
Commerce from St. Louis University and is
a Certified Public Accountant. He is aged
55 and married with four children.

Mr Chen Feng

Mr. Chen Feng was born in Huozhou Shanxi, in July 1953. Chen Feng graduated from Lufthansa Group Air Transport Management College in 1984. He gained the MBA degree in Maastricht School of Management in Holland in 1995 and attended in an advanced study of senior management courses of Harvard Business School in 2002.
Chen had worked for several years at Civil Aviation General Bureau and State Air Transport Administer Bureau; he then held the position of aviation affair assistant for Hainan province Governor (took charge of founding the Hainan Province Airline Company).
Consigned by the Hainan Government, Chen Feng began to set up the Hainan Province Airline Company in 1993 with a RMB10-million fund. The company was launched on 2nd May 1993. With the help of financing resorts as bank financing, stock issuing at home and abroad, the company successfully bridged over the out-carving period. In 1997, the company was renamed as Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd. A year later, Hainan Aviation Group was launched. Over more than ten years’ construction and operation, the overall asset of Hainan Aviation Group has expanded to RMB42.3 billion from the original ten million. It has become a large-scale enterprise taking air transportation as its principal business, but also combined other relevant industries such as airdrome management and hotel tourism together into an integrated unit. The Group has a staff of 19 thousand. The growth of Hainan Aviation Group has contributed a lot to the reform of China’s civil aviation and Hainan’s economical development.
